Cavs are looking to sign Derrick Williams. Remember when they had to choose between Kyrie and him. Now they got both. The rich get richer.

The fact he's even having to pursue 10-day contracts goes to show what a huge mistake this franchise made in drafting him. What a waste.....

I really was hoping to trade down in that draft. I just didn't see how him and Love could play together and I was a fan of Kanter and to a lesser degree Knight. It was just plan stupid to give away Jefferson thinking they couldn't play together and then think Pek would be any better.

I was wrong. I got sucked in by his stirring NCAA tournament and thought he was going to be a monster. It was interesting, remember Love's brother speaking out against him early in his first season? Apparently Kevin could see what we would all eventually realize. No mental fortitude.

After we drafted him I was hoping he would be Blake Griffin with a 3pt shot.

So close on that. I saw Kris Dunn being the next Gary Payton after we drafted him so watch out. (didn't want him or either)

I am sure Love pushed for this signing. The dynamic duo will strike fear in all teams that face them. Kahn will be validated for his decision.

If this works out the next thing you'll be seeing is teams signing/drafting three or four point guards in one offseason! Sometimes we're just ahead of our time.

I was not a big fan of Williams and I would have taken Kanter over him.

I'll say this though even though Williams sucked on a team like Miami that needed someone to step up Ibthinknthe guy can play well enough to be a solid bench player on a good team. If the Cavs can keep him that's a pretty nice pickup for nothing.
