Nope, pretty sure it doesn't start until 7...check your TV Guide, Bleed!
Winning in Memphis is difficult, but we're catching the Grizzlies at a good time. The Wolves are healthy and coming off two impressive preseason wins, while the Griz will be missing Chandler Parsons and Brandon Wright and have three other players hobbling but expected to play. Memphis is favored by 2, but this one is there for the taking.
I went to the preseason game against the Griz, and Gasol was completely unable to defend KAT...KAT was so much quicker and seemed able to beat him off the dribble and either score or draw a foul at will. I'd like to see Thibs establish KAT early and get Gasol in foul trouble. If they can do that, this one could be over early.

My goodness, their injury report looks like a M.A.S.H. unit. They have like 7 or 8 guys either out or hobbled, as LST mentioned.
While I expect some early jitters from our guys - I suspect KAT especially could be a little too juiced to start - I'm really hoping we can get the win. Memphis is a team that is in the mix for one of those last two or three playoff spots along with us.
The season is finally here! Go Wolves!

LST - I meant it is time to get your pre-game going. Only a few hours left to get in the right state for tip-off.

After Memphis broke some records last season with the sheer number of players they were forced to bring in last season... I'm sure they're (1) used to this a bit. (2) And frustrated as hell about it.

Hyped but can't watch live tonight, arg, will catch it later. Would love to see an early statement win, but my gut tells me we lose a close one tonight--Wiggins will show rust and other guys might try to do too much. Hope to be wrong.

I am in the same boat. Except my gut tells me we win, and I hope I am NOT wrong...

I've missed our game threads. Here's what's gonna happen...
You guys will opine during the game for 17 pages. And then I'll watch on DVR and respond to musings you made in the 2nd quarter from hours before.
Only I'll be the only one awake and nobody will respond.
