I predict that Andrew Wiggins will take a larger leap forward defensively next season than offensively.

I'm not sure if that's a controversial stance or not. I'm hoping it is :).

17.3 ppg
5.3 reb
2.2 ast
46.7% fg

And a lot of talk around here about how that makes him a superstar because he's the greatest defender this side of Scottie Pippen or Bill Russell...

18 pts/6 reb/3assists/1.5 steals/1block

All while guarding the best opposing guard/forward better than pippen could have.

19.1 PPG
4.9 RPG
2.5 APG
1.1 SPG
0.7 BPG
2.3 TOV
.535 TS%

Better defensively, and that'll be evident by his play individually, but also the team's results.

This seems about right - a bit better on the volume stats, but not a lot, and a bit better with his efficiency.

I actually think 19 PPG might be a little on the high side. He doesn't have a Bruce Bowen or Thabo Sefolosha on the other wing with him. It's three other gunners with Martin, Shabazz, and LaVine. It's conceivable that we get 60-65 PPG from our two wing positions this season (between those 4 guys).

You might be close on the points and assists, but he's never been a big-time ball thief and 6 rebounds would be a big jump from last season. I don't see it.

FG% seems high unless he largely eliminates the 3 point shot (which wouldn't be good IMO).

I think many of the Wiggins offense predictions are pretty good estimates...provided the Wolves are ravaged by injuries again and Andrew again has to carry the load offensively. I'm taking a more optimistic viewpoint about injuries though, and look for Andrew's stats to be slightly more modest than last year...but much more efficient. If the Wolves are healthy, there are a lot of options to put up 20 each night...Martin, Shabazz, Pek, LaVine, maybe even Towns and Rubio. Here is what I'm looking for from Wiggins this season:

15 PPG
5 RPG
3 APG
52% EFG

I also expect Andrew to be much improved on defense.

I predict Wiggins will be better than last year :-). The obvious area of opportunity is to be more efficient which I assume should happen naturally with some better players around him. But mainly all I want is for him to:

1.) Stay healthy
2.) Keep improving like he was doing last year. Speaking of which....his Post All Star averages from last year were:

20 PPG
4.9 RPG
2.3 APG
.533 TS%
