I know many of us here are advocating for our stars to take some time off to rest and work on their games over the Summer, and here are two people that agree on Wiggins doing just that.

I would also recommend, just as many of you have, that Rubio do the same. Get those shots up son!

Yeah I agree, I'm surprised AW hasn't had an injury yet with Flip playing him every available minute this season.

Funny to hear well-respected analysts with knowledge and expertise on matters like this (playing too many minutes, resting, etc.) stating that even a 20-year old super freak can play too many minutes and hurt his body long-term.

Who would have thought!

The fact he's still undecided vs. a resounding "yes" for playing for Team Canada suggests that he is seriously mulling over getting rest and working on his individual skills and body versus playing more competitive games.

He displayed discretion by not participating in the dunk contest, so he seems to have his own best interests in mind (plus he probably would have lost to LaVine!).

I'm pretty sure Rubio was already confirmed to be playing for Spain

I don't have a problem with Wiggins and others taking some PTO during the summer. It's preferable to the usual Wolves protocol...half the team taking PTO during the season!
