So which player(s) is everyone going to keep an eye out for next season and for what reason? Or what storyline are you most excited to see play out? (Non T'wolves)

Parsons vs Harden and Howard.

Rose healthy?

Pacers rapid decline.

Kawhi to take the next step?

Greek Freak's rise to stardom.

Jabari vs Wiggins rivalry.

Suns for real or was last year a fluke?

Nik Stauskas is the man.

Will Nerlens Noel get bullied as a center?

Joel Embiid's Twitter account.

This would be mine, I work at Anoka Ramsey basketball team as an assistant but our head coach son is the AD at SDSU. So I've been lucky enough to have a few sit down conversations with Steve Fisher. He has told me in person that Kawhi is the most gifted player he has coached since Chris Weber and that the sky was limit for him.

Steven Adams winning MIP

Cavs getting eliminated by Bulls with or without Love

OKC winning their first title.

Lakers being the worst in the West.

I think i've got an unpopular stance in that I hope they're a fluke. Their fans on general boards got to be so snarky late in the season with the team surpassing expectations. It was like they were an honorary playoff team looking down their nose at the peasants outside the playoffs.

And I suppose if you dig deeper it's jealousy. The Wolves were suppose to be one of those teams, the darling of the NBA. Instead they're the red headed step child of the league.

Mine is Charlotte Hornets rise to power in East. I really like this team and think there being over looked.

Kemba/Neal
Stevenson/henderson
Kidd gilcrist
Zeller/Vonleh
Big Al/BB

They should be on the rise.

Cam, just let Stauskas go. He's off to play with Derrick Williams and D Boogie now. I'm sure he'll fit right in there.

Kawhi is a very nice player and like you said the upside there is pretty high. When I watch Wiggins (in my limited scouting so far) and see him without that dynamic offensive game yet but with a lot of other great skills or legit promise there I think of Leonard and think yeah Wiggins has a lot of upside. Leonard looks like a guy that COULD be a Scottie Pippen level type guy without being a little crazy. Lol

KiwiMatt, don't think I've forgotten about our Steven Adams bet! Though he never quite made it to being a 10 and 8 guy, I'd definitely say he surprised me this year.

I'll extend the bet and give him another year to get to that next level, but the problem is it won't earn you a free place to crash in Chicago, since we're moving near Frankfurt, Germany. So if he takes that next step this year, you'll have to forget about about deep-dish pizza, tattooed hipsters, and the blues, and get ready for some bier, wurst, und lederhosen.

I look forward to see how Anthony Davis will look like next season. For me, he is the one player that can really challenge lebron and Durant in the next few years as far as MVP race is concerned. The guy is a beast and playing with another rim protector in Asik, we might see more of Davis all around game. The brow is for real and will be challenging love, lemarcus and Blake as being the best pf in the game next season.
