Who is your pick for ROY after last nights draft, but before summer league?

Let me be the first to say it - Okafor will get 20 and 10 and win the ROY. Towns and Russell shouldn't be too far behind.

One issue I see with Okafor (I voted for him though) is does he have anyone to pass him the ball or shot 3's?

He may have to bring the ball up court to get his looks.

Okafor. They have no other scorers on the team. Man things went south for the 76ers. If Embiid were healthy and Russell would be there at 3, I think they would have the best group of young talent in the league.

Great list, bleed! I was ready to vote Cliff Alexander, but then I came to my senses and voted the way I expect you did...D'Angelo Russell. Okafor is such an offensive force, he was the logical choice. But it's too difficult to sort out what's going to happen in Philly when he doesn't have a great passer like Tyus getting him the ball. And if Embiid is healthy and not moved, he's much more of a 2-way player than Jahlil and needs to get a lot of minutes (Embiid's offense>Okafor's defense). So I voted for Russell. He's an amazing talent who I think will start at PG with the Lakers from Day 1. It will be fun to watch him and Kobe move the ball. He should get a lot of open looks, and also some assists feeding Kobe. The Lakers are going to be an interesting move, and even more so if they make any one of the rumored moves.

I said Russell. I think he will have the ball in his hands a lot and be given every opportunity to be the man and have team around him and get lots of air time. I can see Okafor winning it too.

Sucks the Lakers got Russell. Great pick for them. The guy has so many tools offensively. At Ohio State he didn't have much around him, but his best quality is his passing ability. He has great vision and feel. Top it off he can shoot the ball so well. Just a great pick for the Lakers.

I went mudiay, think he will start from day 1, put up good numbers, it will be him or Okafor in my opinion but in the long run towns will be the best

I went Russell based on what he has around him. He's not the main guy, but has a little help. I'm skeptical of what the Sixers have and with the Wolves Towns has a lot of other bigs to share minutes with plus scorers like Martin, Wiggins and hopefully Lavine.
