Just reported that Flip will be our head coach. Just as I predicted.

I gotta admit Flip is brilliant. Everyone knew Flip was going to be the guy and what happens? So Flip goes "well fine if you don't want me then maybe Sam Mitchell will coach or maybe Del Negro!" Oh please not that! please Flip, coach this team!

Flip Saunders will be Wolves head coach. Chauncey Billups will be pursued to be assistant coach according to Stein.
Barreiro: "I'm still hearing plan is to bring in and groom assistant to then take over"
I think Flip tried to get Joerger. Doesn't wanna go old retread with Karl. Might as well do the job himself and groom my guy Billups. I'm not mad at this at all considering the alternatives. Billups was on my list.

I remember predicting it a long time ago... only to have you claim your "inside sources" insisted it wouldn't happen. Whether you believed your inside source or not, I don't really know.
But maybe we shouldn't give that guy much credence moving forward, considering he was very wrong about what seemed to be a foregone conclusion?

Oh. I stopped giving Taylor credence after the Joe Smith fiasco... and stopped listening altogether after he gave Kahn a contract.
