Cleveland pushed on deal centered on No. 1 pick for Kevin Love, but his refusal to re-sign w/ Cavs has killed talks, sources tell Yahoo.

What a dick. I hate how Love is killing the Wolves leverage--so lets do him no favors. Trade him to the Kings for their first and McLemore. That may be the the worst destination for him of teams looking to trade for him and we still make out about as well as any of the non-Cleveland destinations.

Lol. Wake up. You think Love should agree to pick up his option and resign with the Cavs? So he's supposed to sacrifice the best 6 years of his career playing for possibly the worst organization in the league so that his old team can get a good deal. That makes a ton of sense. They asked him if he would resign there and he answered honestly. What more do you want from the guy?

Did you see Orlando is offering Affolo, the #4 and #12 ? Well, allegedly offering. This is from CBS sports. CLE would take this in a heartbeat if it's true, but it's gotta be a joke.

It's pure comedy to hear this kid (yes kid) talk about how he wants to win and the playoffs mean so much to him, yet he is turning down the chance to play in Cleveland with Kyrie. We've discussed 1000 trade scenarios and rumors, but we have never discussed what Love thinks his future team/roster will be next year. If he signs with the Lakers next year, who is he playing with? Guys like Melo and Lebron may be locked into brand new deals with teams NOT named the Lakers.

My point is, who is Love's sidekick next year that is better than Kyrie? No one. The kid doesn't care about "winning" as much as he cares about getting to a warm climate where there are more cameras and women. It really is that simple. And because of that, the Wolves will get 50 cents or less on the dollar.

I think that is legitimately part of it. He said in an interview that more people need to see him. Clearly there is more going into his decision than just the quality of the roster with him on it.

You would think Love would try to get a hold of Lebron to kick the tires on the idea.

Oh yea Love will be miserable for a year then can just sign with the Rockets, warriors, Bulls, whoever and be in the playoffs for a long time. Meanwhile the Wolves will toil in lottery hell. But hey we got to send him to the Kings for a year! That'll show him!
