I'm tempted to say Gersson Rosas here, but I know the board is split on his decisions thus far.

Glen Taylor and he has been for the last 20 years

Rick Spielman for going into yet another season with Pat Elflein as a starter just to eventually cut him the second he was re-activated after an injury. He somehow had the two worst RG's in the league as his starter and subsequent backup for the position.

My award goes to Malik Beasley for pointing a gun at multiple innocent people, both in and out of his family, and getting arrested with multiple lbs of mary jane.
