1. Detroit: Killian Hayes and Saddiq Bey. I love the upside of both of these guys. Great picks and they got the steal of the draft last year in Sekou at 15th overall. A+

2. Golden State. Getting arguably the best player who is a great fit and should be well coached, Wiseman should be an early favorite for Rookie of the Year. Mannion was a nice value pick in Round 2. A+

3.Sacramento: Haliburton at 12. Come On! I normally hate on Sac, but they nailed it. A+

4. Dallas: Tyrell Terry, Tyler Bey in second round were impressive steals and they made a good trade by acquiring Josh Richardson. A+

5. San Antonio: Vassell at 11 and Tre Jones in second round. I think Spurs get most out of both of these guys. I love the picks. A

6. Washington: Deni at 9 is an outstanding value pick. A

7. Sixers: Maxey was solid pick. They nabbed Paul Reed near the end of second round. Love that pick. B+

8. OKC: Maledon was a good pick in second round and Poku could eventually replace Gallinari as a lengthy perimeter guy and think OKC is a good fit for him. Solid picks. B+

9. Miami: Precious was a good value pick. B+

10. Charlotte: I expect some growing pains, but LaMelo is going to be asked to carry the load here. Vernon Carey was a nice value pick in the second. B

11. Boston: Nesmith and Pritchard are solid picks. B

Dallas did great for Luka. And their push for Giannis.

Haliburton next to Fox is intriguing. Now we wait and see what they do with Bogdan and Hield.

I agree. Another draft strategy strategy last night, Rosas could have drafted players at #17 and 33 who he knew or suspected the Kings would like. Then perhaps he could have parlayed that into a deal with the Kings for Buddy Hield. Maybe Beasley (sign and trade), Culver and those two picks.

Spurs did well. Any reason to think Tre won't be as good as Tyus?

Just saw where he has a 40" vertical? And broke the record on some lateral quickness drill?

Now... those are just drills and are largely meaningless. Or are they? You see... Tre Jones knows HOW to play. And when you get a guy who knows HOW to play and is secretly more athletic than advertised, that's when you might be on to something.

I definitely like that better than the well-documented drill god who's yet to show the ability to play effectively yet.
