Wanted to see a Wolves game... Ummm... no. Here's why.

We all know the team is struggling. But that's ok. Kids still dig the experience. So I went online to get tickets. I figured Saturday, April 1 was the perfect opportunity.

Sacramento Kings. A really bad team without a single marquee player.

The cheapest available tickets are $28. What? WHAT?! How?

I'm going to that game and actually looking forward to it...not sure why, since they're not finishing the season on a positive note (unlike last year). The new ticket system has hurt the secondary market on the street, but it's still there. I would think there would be some $5-10 tickets available on 1st Avenue at game time.

Yeah. I figured as such, too.

Still, when bringing a family, bartering on the street is not my first choice. Kids don't help in that situation at all.

Bartering with kids in Rubio jerseys is like bartering for a new home while the kids are out back squealing on the swingset.

I'd typically like having my tickets ready to go if I was taking others with me but I would think you could drive a hard bargain that would make it worth it to wait for that game. Maybe not as it's a weekend. Maybe others with more experience getting tickets right before the game at the Target Center will chime in.

Even a Saturday game... it's the Kings. I can't imagine more than 10k are going to be there.

I think 10,587.43 people will be there because Buddy will be playing...

*Yeah there isn't really a draw with the Kings so I think you will be safe naming your price for some tickets. NBAtickets.com has some deals on the resale section. I don't know what fees come with that though but it may be worth checking out.

Flashseats are a HORRIBLE idea for a team with winning and attendance problems. I could see it working great with perennial playoff contenders but not us

In the flash seats app tickets are going 14$ for upper deck and there are a couple 30$ tickets for lower deck. They usually go down closer to the game also

Good to see them dropping. But it looks like those are only for single tickets.

[Note: On SeatGeek... the prices went UP to $32 for the cheapest seats. There are some on there for $55 - $64 behind the hoop... upper deck.]
