I'm laughing. But hey!, Wiggins at #91 - that would make him better than below average, right?

Mine is close. Poor SI, they were so relevant at one time. Their lackluster internet presence only reminds me that print media is dead.

These lists are fun talking points but I don't really put much stock in them. I do have one comment.

If you have Deron Williams in your top 100 players in the NBA you should be looking at whatever got you to that ranking point pretty seriously to figure out what went wrong.

Are we [the forum] still acting like Thad is a bad player? Yeah? Alrighty then...

Thad Is an average player and undersized. His skill set best suits him on a team with a fast paced offensive team who has a big time rim protector/rebounder on the other end. That's hard to find.

It'd be nice if we didn't spend anymore time talking about an average role player who played half a season here where we were tanking.

This list seems like a list of 100 NBA players more then a list of top 100 NBA players.

Exactly, Rubioooo...I don't remember many posts describing Young as a bad player. I remember several saying he was not a good fit for the Wolves at PF because of his terrible rebounding. But most posters respected his clever offensive game, even as they recognized he wasn't a complete player.

I'm as ready for the Thad Young era to be over on this board as I am for the Jeff Adrien era!

Feel like I should chime in here... I was not a Thad Young guy so I think I can be relatively objective about this...

In the several years I've posted here, I don't remember any other player receiving the scorn and ridicule and disgusted posts that Thad Young received. It became a running joke of mine last season when he was basically being blamed for everything wrong in the world, from woeful rebounding to poor defense to rainy weather to bad-tasting paella.

MULTIPLE posters really, really, really, really hated Thad Young. It's fine. He isn't a great player. In my mind, he just wasn't as gawd-fucking-terrible as he was made out to be virtually every day by multiple posters on this forum. To claim the forum didn't target him seems off to me...

Thad was fine. He is good at what he does. He would have looked much better here next to Pek, but Pek got hurt and we had pushovers to replace him. That didn't help.

Thad to me is a good 6th man. Good small ball 4. He was the 61st highest scoring player in the league. Very respectable.
