I think it was on the Verticle with Rubio they were talking about how PGs are such a talented position and I think it was Rubio who brought up how stacked the PF position was in the early 2000's. I remember back then if you were a big and less than 6'9" it was like there was no way you could make it as a PF much less anything else. KG Duncan Webber Amare dirk the list went on with 6'10" plus skilled PFs. Obviously there are numerous factors to why the game has evolved but would the small ball era have worked as well (especially for a guy like Dramond) if those guys were still roaming the PF spots? Would they have just played C? I just thought it was something interesting to think about.
