College scouting: BIG 10

I went to the Gophers vs Nebraska game last night and since I am more a NE fan it was a good time but it was a brutal game. The Gophers just had a really bad game (sorry Gophers fans) but they also looked pretty bad from the get go. Basically I have no real thoughts on Gopher players because I am not sure anyone played well. I'll focus on some NE players. It's been a disappointing few days of sports for me so indulge me (or not) enjoying something positive. Lol
It was my first game watching the Huskers but here are some thoughts on some players. Some with some sort of next level talent some not.
Shevon Sheilds
I've always liked his game. He is smart sort of does a little bit of everything. Under Miles he has played a lot of small ball PF and that may help him at the next level as a bench guy. The key for him is whether he can hit 3's consistantly. He defends he can handle the ball he likes to attack the basket. An example of his skillset is one defensive possession he boxed out a much bigger player to get the rebound then took the ball coast to coast weaving through a few guys to get easily to the rim and got fouled and hit his FTs. If he wasn't to get paid to play basketball for the next 10 he will be able to do it somewhere. At the NBA level? Idk he will be a 2nd round pick at best likely or have to make it as an undrafted guy but he is a guy with a solid enough skillset to make it.
Andrew White III
Hey we need three point shooting right??? Lol So this guy was stuck behind talent at Kansas and transferred to NE.* Well he looks the part of a pretty nice smooth shooting wing that can do more. I'm looking forward to seeing more of him.
* It's sorta amusing to me some NE fans have been down on Miles as coach here because they didn't do well last year and they started out poorly this year despite being a really young team. Meanwhile Miles has somehow gotten a number of talented transfers in Pettiway, Walter Pitchford and now Andrew White to come to NE. That's pretty good. I like Miles and maybe he isn't the guy to take this program to some level of success but getting talent to come here is a big part of the equation and he has delivered (and fostered developing those guys) in that regard on a number of guys.

This guy was a guy with a ton of hype coming from New Zealand and was mostly disappointing. He was supposed to be a big PG with all the skills you could ask for. For the first 2 years he was mostly a dud. Thisbyear he looks in terrific shape and now he is coming off the bench as an energy defender as a guard. He looks like a different player. He has experience running the point so it's pretty handy and his athletic ability is much better. I mention him because he was a guy many around here wondered if he was even going to stay with the team and suddenly he has become a solid key player this year. Some guys take a while to get it. He might not be a star guy but the role he has now is pretty good.
Michael Jacobson
All I have been hearing is how this guy was undersized and why were they playing him minutes instead of the other legit sized big guy. In this game he was taking it to the MN bigs. He had 3 blocks was all over the place in a good way making the right rotations and all that. NE is pretty undersized with only 1 guy over 6'8" but Jacobson was pretty terrific for a freshman out of Iowa that I haven't exactly heard super great things about except he hustles. He had more to his game than that.
Glynn Watson Jr
He reminds my physically a ton of a guy I play ball with. They physically have a unique way/style of moving around the basketball court. He has some nice talent hopefully he can be the dynamic PG that NE has been missing for...I can't remember it's been a long time. That's pretty bad considering that's a big part of college basketball is dynamic PGs. Lol
