Wolves vs. Magic: No disappearing act tonight...

Orlando is not good. They have about the same record as the Wolves... but they're actually lucky to have it.
- 29th best team on offense.
- 22nd worst team on defense.
- League's 3rd worst point differential.
Rumors circling the team. Unhappy players. 3 wins in their last 13 games. 2nd night of a back-to-back on the road. Et al. Don't mess around... just win. This is a game the Wolves should win.
Especially if they want to convince us there's a reason to take them seriously in 2017.
[Note: The Wolves are 9.5 point favorites!]

They built that team really weird, I like a lot of there players but they do not fit together well.
If the wolves are serious they win this game tonight but we will see it is the NBA

I like a lot of their players too. IMO the problem with the Magic is that while they have drafted well and come out well enough on some trades (they botched some trades too) they haven't acquired anything resembling a franchise player. Instead they have a nice collection of players that are nice to have but only move the needle so far. Imagine if the Celtics hadn't ended up with Isaiah Thomas. Sure they would be further along than what the Magic are (plus have a ton of assets) but he gives that team a dynamic player to play off. The Magic don't have that and it doesn't help they have had 4 different coaches the last 3 seasons while the Celtics have had Brad Stephens going on 4 years and because of their success they were able to add Horford last offseason. The Magic are stuck in mediocrity unless a player breaks through, they acquire someone in a trade or they get a top level player in the draft.

They just beat Toronto yesterday, which I'm kind of glad they did. Perhaps they let down a bit tonight after a big road win against a playoff team instead of coming in here saying, "OK, we HAVE to beat these low lifes!".

The Kings are down late to the Embiid-less Sixers. That's a potential bonus!

Did anyone mention that the Kings are still down late? It's a potential bonus!

Cousins fouled out. Philly up by 5 with less than a minute.
