Good to see we're going to have a world class practice facility that might make players get excited when they come in for visits.

Say what you want about Flip (and some of it is deserved), but this project was spearheaded by him and identified as a major problem on Day 1 when he took over POBO, and this is a major tool for the athletes going forward. The old practice facility (located under the Target Center and basically shared with that LifeTime fitness) was so mediocre. This will provide 24/7 access to everything a player needs to increase his athleticism and game, important factors for such a young (and hopefully) promising team.
