Who do you want to fill it? And who do you think is most likely to fill it?

I just commented on your other post, but I'd like to see the Wolves bring in DeAndre Liggins for the rest of the season. I've always thought he'd stick in the league as a defender/gritty glue guy, but he's bounced around several teams. He's shooting 46% from 3P on the season in D-League and averaging 7 RPG as a guard.
I think the most likely addition is the great Lorenzo Brown.
Edit: I also like Erick Green as a scorer. That's what he brings to the table: buckets.

I agree that the likely addition will be someone underwhelming. Probably not Lo Brown though because I think Tyus has earned a little run with his recent play.
As for the guy I'd like to see - it's half joke and half serious. Sim Bhullar. People want Jeff Adrien to anchor our D because he's a "big body". Why why settle for an undersized Adrien when you can get 7'-5" 360 lbs? He's only 23 and has a career NBA PER of 44.3!!!! That's like Hall of Fame like :-). In all seriousness - I want something to get excited about. Sign some sizzle to make me watch these last 20+ games.

I'd like us to go after wings that bring a specific specialty to our team, whether that's three-point shooting or defense, or preferably both. Or take a home run swing on guys that score at will and with ease in the D-League, but have also shown signs of being able to score at the NBA level. For D-League bigs, I just want a big that has a capable body, plays above average defense, rebounds the basketball and shows effort at all times.
Yes, those players are very difficult to find, especially at this time of the season, but I'd be more supportive of efforts in order to find them instead of signing guys to create a buzz around the arena when they enter the game (Fredette, Bhullar, etc.).

That's a respectable take. But I think the chances of pulling a diamond out of the D-League is very small. The reality is whomever they pick up won't be part of next year's roster.
Secondly, I think we are pretty set with core/guys we want to see play. So, I would assume whomever they pick up won't play much anyhow.
It's going to be another 20 game clown show/tank to the finish. I need entertainment! Maybe have KG play 40 minutes on their last home game (probably his last game ever) to see what kind of stats he can put up - lol!

He hurt his shoulder and is helping out Purdue right now...which reminds me I totally forgot that fact which sucks because I went to the Purdue Nebraska game last night here in Lincoln. I would have liked to have looked for him.

Sim is a skilled guy but he is a guy that's going to have a thought time getting into the league because of the skill of NBA big men. Who is he going to guard? I like him and think he can play but he is a massive specialist.
Cam Liggins is interesting Dude is filling up the stat sheet he also dishing out 6.6 assists even if it is with a ton of turnovers and his steal block numbers are pretty good for a perimeter guy.
I like Lorenzo Brown but I also feel like he just won't ever be more than a 3rd string PG and handy option as SG available if you need a guy to play there. Now that type of player COULD end up being reasonably valuable if he plays solid when called on and does enough good things to overcome his weaknesses. Part of me thinks bringing him back makes plenty of sense and part of me is ready to move on and see who else we can get. I like the idea of trying to find a 3 and D wing player more than a 3rd PG.

Brown is not available, he is a Sun. I'd be ok with Liggins. As for the big I want its Vince Hunter. He's got much better stats than Greg Smith and he's only 21. I wrote about him in another thread.

Brown only signed two 10-day contracts with the Suns and then they let him go so he is available. I think there was a report that he was signed beyond that but apparently it was incorrect.
