This team is done.

I have been an optimist all year. Every game I tune in with the expectation that the Wolves are going to turn it around....only to be disappointed. Well, I am done. This team is full of loser players, and we simply don't have the leadership to win consistently. This starts at the top with Love and goes all the way to the bottom of the roster. While coaches can certainly play a part, these loses are ultimately on these players. I have never seen a team so mentally weak in my life. It is one thing to lose to a very solid OKC team the other night after keeping it close all night. It is quite another to have a 12 point lead in the 4th on a mediocre Pelican's team that is missing most of their starting lineup. While I really think Love is a special player, there is clearly a difference between Superstars like Durant and LBJ and stars like Love. And Rubio just doesn't cut it as a starter on this team. The guy is just too often unwilling to make the easy pass, and instead makes a crushing turnover. He is brutal to watch in crunch time, and I simply have no faith that he has the tools to lead this team in close games. And our bench....I can't even start in here as I may have a panic attack.

I had such high hopes....and quickly they have been snuffed out.

Still a ton of basketball left, but yeah, it really doesn't look good. Would need an amazing second half of the season to turn this ship around.

Yea it was all Love and Rubio tonight. Blaming them is stupid. Blame the bench for blowing a 10 point lead in like 3 minutes.

Or how about the coach keeping the bench in. Instead of rotating players to make a move?????

uh because it isn't a video game and you can't play the starter 48 minutes a game maybe?

okay so, so you don't see anything wrong with a 12-2 run in the 4th Q????

Really? I agree the bench stinks. But the reality is that the starters are the ones that have been in the last 4-5 minutes of virtually every one of these close games. Last night, I believe the starters all came back in with the lead....and they lost by 7. Regardless of the bench giving up the large lead, the starters lost this game....again. You can make up excuses if you choose, but Love, Rubio, Brewer, etc... were all in the game with the lead, and they lost to a poor team.
