When can Wolves extend Love?

The extension date doesn't matter. He is opting out whether he is staying or leaving because he can get a bigger raise. It's just the nature of extending his rookie deal again which doesn't pay as much as he can earn as a UFA based on his service time in the league. So the date is really July 1, 2015 because that is when he would be allowed to officially sign a deal with a team.
