He looks GOOD with his mid-range jumper and is using a ton more power moves

And the hook shot over both shoulders. He got one and1 from 7 ft with a left handed hook. Tough to stop that. He was great tonight.

Pek absolutely destroyed the Blazers tonight. It was fun to watch because he used his full array of moves to score. He was even knocking down turnaround baseline jumpers, which is something he rarely pulls off.
It was good to see our "big three" play well tonight. We needed it!

I thought Ricky was supposed to be part of our big three? So much for that. Martin hit some pretty shots tonight too even though he tailed off a bit in the second half. Good win against a team playing really well as of late.

Are we kind of like the Boston team from a couple years ago in that we have our three scorers (Pierce/KG/Allen = Love/Pek/Martin) and then we have that glue guy (Rondo = Rubio) who could be considered a Big Four with progression?
Now, I'm not saying we're anywhere near the caliber of that team (3 HoFers), but I'm saying it feels like we have our Big 3 scorers that are legit, and the glue guy in Rubio. There's an All-Star case to be made for each one of them (Love/Martin/Pek).

Rondo can score with the best of them when needed.. Ricky not so much.. If glue gut you mean setting up his teammates then yes i agree with you on this...

what i love the most about PEK is that he sticks with what he knows is finished working move/shot and adds new move after EXTREMELY hard work when he is completely confident about that, i mean that 15-17ft jumper is there for real and some other moves also, that is thousands and thousands of them in training before he pulls the trigger in the game for real ..
i just cross my fingers and hope that he can stay reasonably healthy for 5 and maybe more years, his game should age very well as all he does is skill based
