Missing his 7th straight game with back spams. I'm glad he opted out, looks like a blessing in disguise so far, especially with Brew playing well.
Should get a win with other Nets banged up too.

That is the truth. We would be in such a mess if we would have kept him (which was impossible). I think Flip saw that early on.

AK is out.
Deron Williams is out.
Brook Lopez is out.
Terry is out.
The unathletic ghost of KG is in.
Brooklyn is in freefall mode.

True, and I like Kidd, I hope that he can turn that ship around.

I hate the Nets. I hope they all fall on their asses and the owner looks like an idiot for promising a championship within his first five years. Clown.
This SHOULD be an easy win for us. If we fuck this up, I'm done for the year.

I'm sure AK is happy with his decision. Things are so much better in NY. Just ask Johan Santana!

I am shocked, shocked to hear that AK The Iron Horse is injured!
Brooklyn is old, tired and beaten up. KG is a mere shell of his former self. Dwill is about as effective as our Dwill, and wasn't very good recently when he was healthy. Pierce is trying to play through injuries, but you can tell he's at about 50%. This morning they were saying Lopez might play, but seeing that the opening line jumped from Wolves-6 to Wolves -9 1/2, there must be a lot of Nets not suiting up tonight. Brooklyn is a clear lottery team, even in the east, and we should run them off the court. Because of their reputation as (former) stars and our two consecutive losses, the Wolves should come out focused and smoking tonight.

Sound like a real fan there Cam. You rip on others when they are critical of the team starting out the season, but as soon as things take a downturn you're ready to jump ship. Does the word Bandwagon ring a bell.

Done for the year in making excuses for them. I said pre-season we're a 50 win team. Losing to the Nets at less than full strength isn't something a 50-win team would do. Also, pretty hard to be a bandwagon fan when that usually comes with some sort of success and this franchise hasn't shown that for a decade. Ripping on people pre-season for being critical of a product they hadn't seen play before is fine in my opinion. Losing to a weak Nets team means that I was wrong in my prediction and I'm done for the year in backing it up.
Does the word jackass ring a bell to you?
