Oh, oh...trap game? GDT

We're better than them, but I'm still a little worried about tonight. Hopefully we can dodge a Bullet...er, I mean a Wizard...and get out of D.C. with a win. Why am I worried?

1) We don't play well there...lost something like 8 of the last nine.

2) Even though Adelman has shown a propensity to win the first game of B2B's, the players have to be thinking about the Clippers tomorrow night. You can't afford to look ahead in the NBA.

3) The Wizards are sort of Portland in reverse. While Portland isn't a 9-2 team (another soft win last night over a beat up, tired Nets team), the Wizards have faced a tough schedule and are better than 2-7.

The betting line has been goofy. Opened at Wolves - 2 1/2, but has been as high as 5 during the day, because the public loves the Wolves. I think this is going to be a close one, but Ariza isn't expected to play which allows Adelman to put Corey on Beal, and I think the Lobos prevail in the end.

Looks like a win. Supposed to be a win. Even smells like a win. Tonight should be a victory for Minnesota.

Of course they're looking forward to the Clips. They can say they aren't, but it's natural to look forward to a big game. Just have to think that with the Wizards being without Ariza paired with them not having a good bench that we should win this by the 4th quarter. Yes, I'm expecting a blowout tonight. Hopefully that also allows our starters to rest for tomorrow.

I hope so, Cam...a 3-1 week would be really nice. Somehow, I'm more worried about this game than I am for the home games against the Clip-joint and the Nets. I want to see Pek dominate inside against Gortat.

I'm mildly concerned here too. That Ariza isn't playing is good news.

Expecting the Wiz to play very hard tonight. But it shouldn't be enough if the Wolves bring their game.

It seems like the only time a good West team loses right now is when they play another good West team, thus the Wolves have to win games like this to not fall off the early pace.

Shved is looking great, 2 really nice passes, one that was an assist the other lead to pek shooting free throws, 2 blocks, and a solid board. Now he only needs to get his shot going

I agree although he did just take that bad 3 to try and answer Beal. But he is playing well.

Hummel has been a great 2nd round steal! The guy isn't going to be a superstar, or likely ever a full time starter, yet if only the Lion could show a fraction of Hummel's consistency and BBIQ nobody would be complaining!!

Yikes. 3 fouls on Rubio.
