I Hate The Portland Trailblazers

Because: (Please add your reasons to the list)
- We always seem to be playing the 2nd night of a back to back when we face a rested team.
- Damian Lillard is a punk. Why do so many Blazers carry this tag?
- Their color analyst is the biggest POS homer you hear with any team. He ought to wear a cheerleader uniform to the arena.
- They seem to rebuild so much easier than the Wolves, especially with the draft.
- I have to live in this city and put up with their myopic fans.
- They lose a star like Brandon Roy to injury, draft Greg Oden over Durant, and still are one of the better teams in the West.

- Because everyone involved with them, from the coach to the announcers, thinks LMA is better than Kevin Love
- Because their announcers are so bad, Bill Walton admitted he has to turn off the sound when he watches a Blazers game

Heh, I'll add my 2-cents: I hate the fact they rely almost exclusively on long jumpers for their offense (with the exception of Lillard's occasional slashes to the hoop) and make an insane number of contested 3's, seemingly off of one foot half the time. The good news is that I don't see that working over the course of a 7-game grind-it-out playoff series. The 3's and long 2's are going to eventually come up short once fatigue starts setting in. But they always make 'em against us....

Let's be honest.
Every Wolves fan should hate the Blazers. As recently as 4 months ago, the two teams were running parallel and the Wolves were actually considered slightly more legit playoff contenders.
Not only has Portland taken the lead with that... they're basically lapping the Wolves. And it doesn't look like it's fleeting either.

Playing off this a little: I hate Portland because everyone on this board who weighed in on September 30 about projected standings picked the Wolves ahead of the Blazers. So I hate them because their overachieving highlights our underachieving.

I THINK I had the Wolves 9th. But I don't remember who I had ahead of the Wolves then. New Orleans... maybe?
Because it definitely wasn't Phoenix. I saw 55 - 60 losses for that team. Obviously, I might have been a bit off with that one.
