Toronto wants Bayno

Its been reported that Toronto wants Bayno to add him to the Toronto staff. Maybe I am being a big homer but it seems like Bayno has been a important guy on the coaching staff and it would be a big loss if he left. Maybe Lip has some inside info on this but I hope we keep him which probably means giving him a raise.

Why would someone make a lateral move to Canada? Sounds odd, unless he was pushed to make room for Turner.

He did bring in Brandon Roy last year!

Don't get me going on the Brandon Roy thing. We should have just saved that wasted money and added a million or two to Batum's offer and we would be styling right now.

Flip says no to Turner. Will promote from within (i.e. David Adelman). (per Zgoda)
The country club is rolling! :( (but it doesn't dampen my enthusiasm about the roster Flip has assembled!)

I can't wait for Flip to hire Randy Wittman to replace Adelman when he's gone.

I have a feeling that Rick will stick around long enough till his son gets a look.

Yeah he is the one coaching the Summer league team I think Bayno knew he wasn't the next in line and while I think he was valued...hey now in Toronto he might be one firing away from having a chance to coach a team.I can't blame him for taking a shot and I bet Casey has a rep of being a good guy to work for.

Bayno's departure is a big loss. He was our best coach. The players love him.
