Who would you sign?

So let's say they find out monday Pek is gonna be out long enough to get an injury exception. Who do you wanna sign?

Me? I'm going PG all the way.

AJ Price for a vet guy that can play a little and probably would not suck too bad.

Heslip? Can he run the offense how much would his time with the Wolves in SL and TR help? He can shoot 3's so that's good. Can he gaurd anyone?

What's Jamal Tinsley up to? Yeah half joking but the dude can pass.

Who looks good in the D-league?

Earl Watson? Stats were brutal last year but its just a short contract most likely so maybe he can help.

Kevin Ollie? I'm sure he is tired of coaching those colllege kids and wants to get back into the game. Actually I think Derrick Fisher seems more likely. Lol

In all honesty I haven't seen any names out there that are real exciting which I guess shouldn't be that surprising but PG is really deep in the NBA I guess teams signed or kept most of them unless I missed someone.

Kevin Ollie is my wife's favorite Timberwolf. Not sure if that reflects her sense of humor or how much she pays attention to the Wolves. But seriously, that's exactly the kind of guy we need. Veteran, steady hand distributing PG to feed the young guys the rock and teach them how to talk to each other defensively and let them develop.

I think AJ Price (Could be Ronnie Price) is with the lakers or pacers but not sure he gets cut and signed often.

Option 1=Gilbert Arenas
Option 2= Baron Davis
Option 3= Boobie Gibson

Jk but I would if I was in Flips shoes probably Eric Maynor , Will Bynum, or John Lucas.

1. Bynum
2.Lucus
3. Maynor

I actually think we have to go big. Having Bennett/Hummel be your backup C is a much worse option than Lavine as the backup PG in my opinion.

Lavine hasn't done much as we basically have 2 ball handlers on this team. After MW and Lavine the next best perimeter player with the ball might be Brewer. Thats brutal. At least someone playing out of position at Center might be able to draw a guy out and score on the perimeter.

There are some better names mentioned than I came up with.

Cam I like what I've see of Mekel, but I wonder if we would be better off with someone that is more of a vet. I'd rather have Mekel than Heslip no doubt.

someone with a green light to launch 3's. If that's Heslip so be it.
