The Vikings were done before the first kickoff in the Rams game. They're much like the Wolves, well stocked with young, inexperienced talent though so the future could be bright!

Yep this was how I felt also. NFL crazy things can happen so you always have some hope but yeah I wasn't expecting playoffs or anything, but I wouldn't have been shocked either.

I am more worried because not only is AD gone but it's starting to show how much he masked how bad our Oline really is, and this is after we gave most of them long term contracts
I am very worried about the Line more than anything else because it's not a quick fix at all

It is better then the NBA. They can cut them and depending on the money they won't carry to much of a cap hit.
Hopefully we keep drafting well.

I went to a Vikings/Bears game about 10 years ago when the new Soldier Field opened. It was 10 degrees, we paid about $65 a piece for a seat 2nd row from the top in the end zone corner. I drank a frozen beer and ate a piece of beef jerky that was a hamburger when I bought it. It had snowed the night before and Bears fans were chucking snowballs at Vikes fans and security guards. That was my last NFL game.

Damn. Great Post. Thanks. reflects my move away from football as well. That and the fact that 30 percent of these guys end up permanently injured in the head

My first Vikings game was over 20 years ago and I never had much of a desire to go back I didn't enjoy it we lost to Warren Mon and the Oilers and a bunch of the guys I went with were going against the Vikings just to be annoying.
Last year I thought it would be fun to go to the last game in the dome since we would be in town around Christmas and I got a sweet deal from my great Uncle that didn't want to go. My WIFE (who doesn't care about sports) even went but I think my Mother in Law enjoyed it more than any of the 4 in our group. Maybe I'll go to a game in the new stadium but idk maybe a tour will suffice.
