Demar Derozen. 2009 Draft. Correct me if I'm wrong, Demar didn't work out for us because he was sick. I'm watching Toronto, can't help thinking about him next to Ricky. Time to stop with this draft, I know. I Googled the 2009 draft order. It is just ridiculous, the players that went after Jonny Flynn. Ain't hind site grand?

PS -- These playoffs are fantastic games. I have become a serious couch potato.

Yeah, the playoffs have been great this year. And I really miss having a "vested" interest in them -- it's been 10 frickin' years. :furious:

Oh, and using hindsight, it just burns me how many poor draft picks Kahn made. He was really bad...

Yep, that draft could have really turned us into a contender, I firmly believe that. And Kahn F'd it up by trying to be clever.

DeRozan seemed like the perfect pick. That was the direction I would have gone at the time. Just think if we would have done that and kept Ty Lawson. We probably would have been good enough that we would have picked Paul George the next year. I am not sure if Rubio would have ever played a game here.

No hindsight needed, that was a terrible pick on the night of the draft. I was p*ssed at the Wolves for making that pick.

Damn! Are these playoffs amazing. 4th straight OT in OKC. Memphis wins when tip-in by Ibaka is .1 seconds too late. Good stuff!
