Let's pray for 8-9M a year, and expect 10-11M.

Ricky probably gets 11-12m/yr. thats how much i think it would be needed to keep him. Thats overpaying in terms of his performance this sason but there are a lot of factors that will push his salary to that range.

has there ever been a player that has gotten paid more than a million per PPG? I know he does a lot on the court, but lets not kid ourselves he has a lot to improve upon. My question still stands, what was Rondo's ppg when he signed his extension at $10 mil per (I'm just being extremely lazy right now). I think 4 year 8, 9, 10, 11 mil per (player option on the 4th year sounds fair to me. gives Rubio a nice contract with flexibility to cash in after 3 seasons if he continues to progress as we hope he will.

How about no more fucking player options. They just cause all kinds of chaos for teams like the wolves. If you want to get the security of a guaranteed contract, make sure it works both ways.

For those worried about overpaying him, remember we gave a guy 5/60 last season, who doesn't do near as much for this team.

You have to look at it by the position too. I agree Rubio is worth more to this team, but big always get paid more.
