Once again with Pek out we continue winning games...having Gorgui and Ronny playing Center with that fantastic defense. You get to spread a huge amount of cap room somewhere else while in my opinion improving just by Pek being gone, whatever we get back for him is a bonus. I have officially switched to the trade Pek camp tonight.

It's kind of foolish to draw conclusions based on one game. But dang, did our team look solid on both ends of the court. Turiaf and Dieng were a big part of it, doing things that Pek can't do.

I would not be upset if we traded Pek for some sort of value in return...

Don't say I"m basing anything off on one game this is just the breaking point. Pek being out and us continuing to win at at least the same rate has been going on since last season.

just pointing out if our defense has been better or not. Before tonight, the last time the wolves gave up under a 100 points was 2 months ago...

We held the Hawks to 83 a few games ago when Gorgui started and Pek didn't play

For the month of March, Wolves still had the worst opp FG% and 4th worst opponent PPG, with Deing starting a lot of those games. Just thought I'd play captain buzzkill

We don't have to do anything. First off, there is rarely a time where all three will ever be healthy. That's just the way it is with NBA big men. You are lucky to get 65+ games. Second, as has been discussed extensively here, the return we could get on Pek may simply not be worth giving him up. Eric Gordon or Tyreke Evans may be the best we can do. That ain't good enough in my book. And lastly, Pek is actually a good player. Keeping him is not the worst thing in the world, my goodness!

We should absolutely field offers and test the market. But the front office should proceed with caution.
