Thought I should make a summer league thread.
Miller, Minott, Moore should be a fun 3 to watch. If Garza plays the wolves win the summer league. Spagnolo is up in the air because of a medical situation per TC. Then Clark is out because of his Achilles tear

Jaylin Galloway will play for the Minnesota Timberwolves in the 2023 NBA Summer League, sources told ESPN. Athletic 6’6 wing out of Australia/USA; averaged 5.1 ppg for the Sydney Kings last NBL season.
Sam Waardenburg will play for the Minnesota Timberwolves in the 2023 NBA Summer League, sources told ESPN. A 6’10 stretch big out of New Zealand; averaged 11.3 ppg and 5.6 rpg for the Cairns Taipans last NBL season.

I know...could be fun. I think kek may be a little premature though in saying we win the league if Garza plays. My insider sources tell me the spurs have a couple Frenchmen in Wemby and Sissoko who might be able to give Miller and Garza a run for their money.

Sounds like Wemby isn’t playing in the SL

Kek, Pop said Wemby will play in Vegas, and Wemby has said the same. Pop hedged as to how many games, but he did say yesterday that he's playing. Sochan, Wesley and Branham are playing too in addition to their other 1st rounder, so they're going to be loaded potentially with young talent with real pro experience. We all know summer league appearances can be sporadic though, especially with a #1 pick like Wemby.

Thank you for that! I did not see he was playing.
The reason why I said the wolves are going you win if Garza plays is because he dominates non nba guys.
Should be a fun SL

I hope Garza plays too, kek, and I'm not giving up on him yet as an NBA player either. I'm pretty confident we won't have NAZ on the roster much longer, and I'm comfortable with a big man rotation of KAT, Rudy, Miller, Minott and Garza with SloMo in the swiss army knife role

Wish I was going this summer. I have a work commitment and can’t go. Bummer. It will probably be the most exciting Summer League ever with Wemby there. And the Wolves will have a fun team to watch. But who’s going to be our Summer League PG? In case you guys don’t know, Gortman is still available.

I'm going to ask my honey today if she wants to go for a few days...maybe watch San Antonio on the 9th and the wolves against Utah on the 10th. She really enjoyed watching Naz and JMac a few summers ago, so maybe...
