Not good when both your max players are listed among the most overpaid players in the NBA.

Another stupid clickbait article that I don't take seriously. While some of the listings make sense, many of the inclusions like KAT are because of missed games. And any article of top 15 overpaid contracts that doesn't include DLO's max contract lacks any serious credibility.

I agree, KG. I don’t agree with having KAT’s name on the list.

Well technically Dlo is a free agent as his contract has expired. But yeah Kat as being overpaid seems a bit absurd given other options.

But it was based on 2022-2023 season, so DLO was fair game.

At $36M... Towns is not overpaid.

At $52M - $64M...

I mean...the catch is this is based on actual salary vs. their "Real Value". I'm not familiar with that "Real Value" equation so I have no idea if it's a reliable metric or one with a lot of swing to it. If anyone has a link to "real value leaders" - please post. I googled and don't see that any data for that stat outside of their articles. Real Value isn't part of their drop down on their site for player rankings - so I have no idea.
