Who’s most responsible for this seasons improvement?

They all deserve credit.
Gobert went from taking 3 step backs from his Utah days to returning to HOF Rudy Gobert
Kat is having his best defensive season ever. For the most part just playing his roll at an elite level
Ant for how much I’ve not liked how he has played lately, he is significantly more consistent game to game and taking on bigger responsibilities.
Everyone knows their role on the team, what I think is a key thing.
Also I think an underrated thing is every player got paid. Kat and Rudy both on max/super max contracts, Naz got paid, Mcdaniels got paid, Ant got his contract, Naw got some mini long team stability. They only 2 guys in the rotation who are expirings are Conley and Slow Mo and they get paid by making the right play not by individual stats. Think it’s a huge thing in professional sports where this group of guys can play winning team basketball because their financials have been figured out

Yeah, it's a combination of things, but having Mike Conley for the full season has certainly been a huge factor.
