Is this a travel?

So I was watching highlights from the Pacers-Celtics game, and I saw Jaylen Brown do something twice that I've seen Ant do 2 or 3 times in the last month or two. I think I also saw somebody do it against us recently too, but I forget who. Anywhere, here it is.

Is this a travel?
Basically, the offensive player dribbles the ball, plants his feet, usually fakes to get his defender in the air and realises he could step under the defense and then does it but picks up his pivot foot before releasing the shot.
If the guy with the ball just rose up for a jump shot after planting, of course you wouldn't say it's a travel, even if he pivoted before shooting. But can a guy take a step with his free foot and then pick up his pivot foot before the shot?
When Ant did it the first time, I thought he got away with one. Now I'm wondering if it's actually a legal move that guys just don't do that much.
If that isn't a travel, Ant should totally master that move because he will get so many open layups with it.
If it is a travel, I'm fine with Brown getting away with it because Halliburton seems to get away travelling a half-dozen times per game!
