I'd do it to let him help transition Rob into a regular PG role...it might accelerate his development.

Sounds like Rubio says these reports are not true and he hasn't signed. The article I read said he is free to sign with any team he was released from his rights with his last European team. I guess the dream is alive...again don't get your hopes up.
