7 Games Left In The Wilderness - Hawks at Wolves GDT

We'll be a third of the way through my Wilderness trek after tonight. I was hoping they could manage .500 ball, but they have started 2-0 with a great chance to go 3-0. Heck, Trey Young is out tonight and the Wolves are a 10.5 point favorite!

Of course, it's amazing how much better everyone is feeling after one BIG win over Denver. This team needs to do a lot more, like having a winning streak that exceeds 3.

I am still somewhat skeptical that Randle is on the team after Feb 6th. He has that player options, and his age does not really align with ANT 2.0. Moving NAZ into the starting lineup is aligned more with ANT 2.0... (yes, I know Rudy and Mike are not part of ANT 2.0, but they have already established themselves as "part of the program" for now)

Jimmy suspended indefinitely. Julius salary could be crucial for making certain trades happen out of Miami. I think wether or not Julius is moved will have less to do with the teams performance and more to do with TC getting his demands met.

Great point Phenom. As has been mentioned, TC has his finger on the pulse of the league offices, so he should be ready to be involved to get value where he can while building fir next year.

If the Wolves want to build on the feel-good Denver win, they need to take Atlanta seriously and win this one decisively. That will help build trust that the Denver win wasn't just a one-off. I really hope we see the starting lineup highly engaged and effective from the tip. And it's a night game, so no excuses!

I didn't realize just how decimated the Hawks are with injuries. Hopefully we learned something from that Dallas game and don't repeat that sluggish performance!

Yeah, the toughest part of his game to replace is that bully ball to get a bucket at the rim. We don’t have that anywhere else on the roster.
