In Transition - Wolves at Suns GDT

Cool's two words seem very appropriate for today's GDT. ANT and Randle are both listed as questionable (Rudy is out). The Suns played very well in their last game, and the Wolves had a stinker. Our Mike-led starting lineup has not been very good this year. I hope Finch starts DDV in his place, but I am probably asking for too much...

The KOM has the Suns still fighting for a playoff spot, so it predicts the Wolves will lose tonight. Which means we have an anti-klunker opportunity! Here is the current KOM standings:

Code: Select all

Top Teams: Cavaliers,Celtics,Grizzlies,Knicks,Lakers,Nuggets,Rockets,Thunder

Bottom Teams: 76ers,Bulls,Hornets,Jazz,Nets,Pelicans,Raptors,Spurs,Trail Blazers,Wizards

Projections:
Seed	Team Wins	Losses	Klunks	Anti-Ks	Net-Ks
	1.	Thunder 68	14	1	0	-1
	2.	Grizzlies	58	24	3	0	-3
	3.	Rockets 56	26	2	0	-2
	4.	Lakers 56	26	1	1	0
	5.	Nuggets 55	27	2	0	-2
	6.	Wolves 46	36	1	1	0
	7.	Warriors	44	38	1	2	1
	8.	Mavericks	43	39	1	0	-1
	9.	Clippers	41	41	0	0	0
	10.	Kings 39	43	1	1	0
	11.	Suns 36	46	3	0	-3

I'll be there tonight and will file a game report tomorrow morning...hopefully I won't get the Red Panda for the third consecutive time at Footprint.

It would be nice to have Rudy against a team that starts a frontline that's 7-3, 7-0 and 6-11! At least Julius might be back to give us some size up front. Need this one...

Julius reports he intends to play, and Ant is still a GTD. The line is down to 1 1/2 so I suspect the wise guys think they’re both playing. We’re lucky to have some terrific seats, so I’m pumped up…LFG!!!!!!

Randle AND Reid starting. Well that solves that problem!

(Rudy is missed though. That is a top 10 defense not suiting up).

Sigh. The usual klunky start on offense and not much better on defense. Same old same old.....

Why would we want to start DDV?!? I mean, Finch must love starting games with double digit deficits. Unfortunately, it will probably take a few more losses to make the switch again…

DDV comes in for Conley and immediately starts making plays on both ends. Surprised he didn't start...must still be on a minutes restriction.

Mike Conley is the biggest reason we find ourselves behind early in games. He is targeted defensively most plays. Amazing how he’s fallen off a cliff so much in one season.

Invaluable one season, to unplayable the next.

Just said the same thing! He must be on a minutes restriction still? That's the only logical reason.
