Remaining Two Roster Spots

The Wolves have 13 roster spots filled, including Beringer and Ingles. We are required to fill one more and have the option of filling both. By my calculation we can only fill one of those two spots if we use an all or a majority of the TMLE - assuming we want to stay under the second apron. Otherwise, we could fill both with vet minimum contracts.
Any thoughts on players you think will or should get those last two roster spots? Should we fill both or leave one open for future flexibility?

I wonder if we can use a portion of the TMLE, leave a spot open and enough money where we could sign a buy out player at the deadline to the pro rated vet min.

I had he same thought, Rap. I guess it depends on whether TC likes any particular free agent enough to try and get him here by offering the TMLE. The fact that TC hasn’t signed anyone yet tells me he’s not interested in signing a potentially consequential player and is instead waiting to pick a player or two from the scrap pile for the end of the bench. But I can’t help thinking that TC is still looking to make a major deal and that’s part of why he’s holding off on filling the last two spots. I continue to wonder if TC has his sights set on Fox or Derrick White.

I don't think the Wolves are gonna spend any more than the vet min because then they can leave themselves some breathing room in case they need to make a trade or sign a vet if there are a rash of injuries and they need to cut someone.
I'll take Jordan McLaughlin back.
I think there were a number of people that liked N'Faly Dante is that still the case? He is a FA.

That’s a good call, Monster. I don’t see any remaining free agents who excite me enough to warrant spending any portion of the TMLE. Keeping some extra room under the second apron for transactional flexibility going forward makes a lot of sense and is the sort of thinking I’d expect from our front office executives who seem pretty cap savvy.

Jordan McLaughlin would be a decent "we're on to Plan D!" signing, although the more I think about it, the more it might make sense to get a taller, more defensive-oriented ball handler just to diversify the position a bit, especially with NAW departing. We already have Dillingham and Conley, so does a guy like Delon Wright make sense? He isn't going to expect to play a ton and can actually bring the ball up the court without it being stolen. Plus he is known as a good defender.
