I'd probably downgrade Shannon a bit since he did make a couple of bad defensive plays that I think got him benched. One was a mixed up switch where the guy he was supposed to be guarding got a wide open 3 (and made it of course) and the other was where he was just flat-out blown by. Then add in a bad turnover and that was that....but damn, he was creating some good looks for guys off his forays into the paint. Doesn't bode well for our future if this kid doesn't earn Finch's confidence.

Agree with the grade for Jaden. At least two of his fouls were dumb. Also, we needed him to step up and make some shots with Ant out and he struggled.

Rudy and Randle won the game for us. Well deserved A's, but damn, they are hard to watch. Even when Randle makes assists it's usually after holding and dribbling the ball for 8+ seconds and often making passes while falling, in the air, or miraculously some combination of both. Just butt ugly basketball.

Let's upgrade Naz too. 16-2-2 and 2 steals. And because Finchy mostly had him out there with plus defenders, he was a +5. We need a productive Naz to compete.

I think you’d give Bones a higher grade if you’d seen him live. He had a couple bad turnovers but otherwise he did a nice job keeping the ball moving on offense and he defended well.

Naz looked lost at the beginning as as he did the first two game. But he soon looked like the old Baz again, making good plays on offense. His defense wasn’t bad tonight.

Shannon should have played more in my view. Finch has a double standard when it comes to mistakes. I agree with a B for Shannon.

Jaden was terrible. You might not have noticed his sulking in TV. That’s probably why I didn’t give him a D+ or C-

I thought the atmosphere was good last night. It’s hard to have a bad atmosphere with a packed arena and I didn’t see a single empty seat in the house. It didn’t have a playoff level energy like some regular season games I’ve been to but it was still good. Overall, I think the crowd did its job and it was fun. I’d like to see more energy than I saw last night from several Wolves players.

By the way, I’m changing Ant’s grade to an F for wearing a hood and sun glasses on the bench. I don’t want to make too much of a small thing but setting you self apart and making a caricature of yourself the way Ant did during a game doesn’t seem to align with being the best player on a championship NBA team. I don’t recall ever seeing MJ, Magic, Larry, Isiah Thomas, Kobe, Dwayne Wade, Steph Curry, Jason Tatum or SGA even doing Ant’s dress-up act on the bench during a game.

Did Ant's attire affect his role as a non active player? Jim Pete mentioned he was engaged but we didn't see him all the time on the broadcast.

How silly. This is just looking for something to criticize when there is nothing there. Ant was laughing and engaged with his teammates throughout the game. This is such a a complaint with no substance

You all took the bait. . I honestly don’t care what Ant wears on the bench. Notice that I didn’t mention LeBron in my post. The second best player in NBA history often wears shades and a hood when injured on the bench. lol.
