Conley: B
Donte: C+
Jaden: A
Randle: A-
Rudy: D
Naz: A
TSJ: C
Bones: C
Dilly: C-

This defense is so bad right now it’s hard to grade. This is the 3rd game Jaden has been cooked on D. I don’t think it’s his fault but he isn’t been an elite on ball guy this year. I think the offense has been solid but they are so streaky from 3.

Jaden isn't fighting as hard over screens anymore because the refs will just foul him out. But saying he got cooked is wrong. The baskets almost always come after he gets screened off the ball. It might be best to let Clark guard the ball and then hope Jaden gets switched on to the shooter. If he's allowed to guard someone straight up he's as good as it gets.

I don’t disagree with you. I will say finch called out Jaden and Rudy out for their defense post game. I’m guessing it’s because those 2 are the 2 that can get to an elite level defensively.

I was Peacock Blocked out of watching the game, so my comments are only based on box score and reading the GDT.

Nice to see a bounce back game by Naz, and a 4th straight A grade for Randle.

Kek, please defend your A grade for Jaden. I see that he scored well and had four blocks, but did he do much else? Only 3 rebounds and 1 assist, and 2 turnovers. Plus you said he wasn't very good on defense, and Finchy called him out. All this added up to a -13, with only Rudy being worse. Sounds more like a C performance to me.

He was the only perimeter player who could create offense. He did a really good job at keeping the wolves in the game. Now Murray was scoring but they were harder shots and he was the only one to make Murray work.

Jaden was easily our best player last night. He had several spectacular drives and finishes at the rim. I don't think Randle deserved an "A". He got off to a very slow start and kind of disappeared when the game was slipping away.

Didn't Murray go off with Jaden guarding him much of the time or am I missing something, I just watched the highlight package and watched a postgame show, so not sure.

I didn't watch the game either, but I suspect a lot of his points were after switches. That said, Finchy did call out Jaden in hi post game saying he had to be better at the point of attack.

Quite a few pick and rolls, where Jaden was going under the screen and Murray would take two dribbles and make the three.

Thats the feeling I got, trying to remember the plays from the little package. But did see Murray had 47 I think? Yeah not good defensively. Sure it's not "all on him" of course. But Finchy is probably right on track calling his defense out.
