KOC is a clown 🤡 (part two)

KOC has / is ruining JJ's development! Plus I'm even hearing the local podcasters jump on my KOC is a clown take just this last week. What took you guys so long?
The other thing that is just crazy to me and I should have had in the first post, was how KOC would bring up JJ's mechanics or footwork or posture in the pocket like it's an issue during pressers. Like OK, what good is saying that to the media? How they need to work on it couple weeks midseason will turn him around?
Fucking idiot!!! Never going to happen and if anything it'll make things worse and it probably did for JJ's last two games.
Do you think you can fully change a NBA jump shot overnight? Are NBA coaches saying man we need to work on this guys shot DURING THE SEASON and then TO THE MEDIA? His jump is off just too forward, elbows cockeyed, posture is bad, super flat shot, etc...? A minor adjustment can be made and sure, it can help sometimes just to restore confidence, maybe just a higher release or more arc, like one thing can help but it's MINOR. It's the same thing with a QB's throw, it's a year or two or three when you're talking footwork, mechanics, posture, etc...
Coming from a golfer background I can understand this stuff pretty damn well. They say it'll take approximately 10,000 correct reps to undo "bad habits" and make natural good ones again. You just don't have that time or ability midseason!!!
The other thing is you are taking a shot at JJ and then YOURSELF at the same time. Possibly crushing his confidence and where were these form tweaks in the offseason? Are you saying you yourself failed? Plus adding more shit for him to think about, what to do. Become a complete headcase?
The worst thing in golf is to start thinking about my swing. How do I fix three things at once. Never going to happen. That's where the headcase comes in. Not only that JJ has to call the play, read the coverage etc.. now think about how to throw the ball? It's ridiculous.
Bottom line is I don't understand what KOC is doing. To give him some of the benefit of the doubt maybe he did everything he could to tweak JJ's throw/footwork/etc.. in the offseason, it didn't stick however. But to keep bringing it up in the last month was just bizarre to me. You can really only make it worse in the short term and saying it publicly is just nuts to me.
