Consistent Effort? - Wolves at Griz GDT

After putting on a terrific effort against OKC, what will our Wolves bring to Memphis?

The Wolves got zero help in the standings last night, except for a Warriors loss to keep them in the rear view mirror. And they are now back in the play-in. Oh well. But tonight has a few more opportunities for help in the standings, starting off with the Spurs who just lost an early game to the Hornets! But the Wolves need to win tonight for any of those things to matter.

Yep, gotta win tonight, and again on Monday. I don't expect to see the same kind of effort we say against OkC, but hopefully we won't need it. Memphis is 7-4 when Zach Edey plays, and only 11-24 when he doesn't. I was skeptical about him in the draft, but he has been terrific for the Griz. We're lucky he'll be out for the next two games.

With JJJ out now too, it's officially another game against a G League team...that means Joan minutes.

I was thinking the same thing. But I sure hope our track record of playing against G-league teams doesn’t kick in!

What a rushed, awful shot by DDV in the corner there....which he makes.

Well it looks like back to how we have been playing. You would think if they didn't want to play, they would just play like they did against okc and they could be up 40 at half and be pulled somewhere mid 3rd. Instead we can watch this half ass effort as always.

ANT is learning to grift a bit…

That action there that got Rudy the easy look inside was definitely a called play and not "in the flow".

That was an awful foul call on Ant. If he got those calls he'd average 40 ppg

Damn it, Finch. Mike should not be the 7th man.
