I thought I’d start a new thread devoted solely to League-wide trade and free agent news or rumors. To kick it off, here’s what I’ve seen so far today:

1. Hornets traded Miles Bridges and two future picks to the Suns for Grayson Allen, Royce O’Neale and a future 1st round pick

2. The Celtics are exploring trade options for Brown. Boston is reportedly eyeing center upgrades, including Portland's Donovan Clingan and Charlotte's Naz Reid, while teams like the Pelicans, Rockets, and Magic are reportedly not in the mix.

3. The Nuggets are considering a major roster shakeup and are listening to offers for everyone on their roster except Nikola Jokic. Denver's Aaron Gordon has drawn interest as a trade target for Portland and Boston.

4. The Pistons are navigating a complicated contract situation with Jalen Duren and have explored adding veterans like Norman Powell and Kawhi Leonard.

5. Of course, Pat Riley remains active on the trade market and has not ruled out pursuing players like Ja Morant.

One thing we know for sure is that Tim Connelly is working the phones to see if he can get in on any of this action to fill our front court hole using Josh Green and perhaps some other player or asset.

Sounds like we're in for a fun summer and season lol..

The more large scale deals there are, the better chance of a guy the Wolves could really use shaking loose.

Couple of speculative trades:

Clippers: Klay, PJ, AJ Johnson, one 1st, one pick swap

Mavs: Kawhi




Pels: Jamal Murray, Braun, Nuggets 2027 and 2031 1st rd pick swaps

Celts: Murphy, Gordon

Nuggets: Brown, Dejounte Murray

Warriors trying to trade for AD to also entice Lebron to go to Warriors.

Warriors: AD

Wizards: Butler, Warriors 2027 1st.

Warriors 2030 1st is already top 20 protected to the Wizards. So they change the protections to top 8 or top 10 protected.

Yeah, that's true. Would be nice for the Wolves to land a great fit that's a value steal.

Looks like Kawhi will be heading back to Toronto. Apparently, the Raptors are the only team Kawhi would sign an extension with. No reliable report yet, but the Kawhi trade chatter this morning is centered solely around Toronto. That plus news that Kawhi would only extend with Toronto tells us he’s going back to Canada.

Draymond opting out. Sons like they are going to try hard to add LeBron and AD and draymond opted out to help with the flexibility

I'm really surprised Golden State hasn't gone in full rebuild mode yet. Their desire to play out the string with Curry and Draymond while reaching for aging/injury-prone stars is actually helpful to us in the West.
