ESPN reports the cornerback's of the Vikings defied Zimmer's game plan while getting lit up by Aaron Rodgers and Jordy Nelson in the first half. Zimmer wanted Rhodes to shadow Nelson all game long and the players decided to stay on their side of the field in coverage in the first half. This is frankly unbelievable. How fucking stupid do you have to be to not only defy the coach, but then proceed to get lit up playing how you wanted to? Dump Rhodes for a first round pick. Cut Newman. This shit is unacceptable.

I would cut Newman. He seemed to be leading this charge.

Newman and Zimmer go way back so...that makes this whole thing even more bizarre. Ultimately I would expect they figure out a way to move past this without changing personnel. It's a real head scratcher though.
