Via common mam sources twins looking at 1 year deal with aj sounds like he wants 2.
I say let's put the band back together sign Guzman Rivas and Santana lol

I'd love to have A.J. back. Durable, calls a great game and isn't a liability with the bat either. .270+ batting average the last six years. Can usually pencil him in for about 130 games a year. Had 17 HRs and 70 RBIs last year. I'll take that gladly.

I wasn't a fan of AJ's when he was here, but I would welcome him back...he's still a very good hitter and a solid catcher. My dislike of him before was due to what I heard from an insider who would know...that his abrasive personality made him very unpopular in the dugout. This may explain why he has been traded so often. But you don't need nice guys to win, you need guys who can play...and AJ can still play. Let's bring him back, and give Pinto some DH at bats while sharing time at catcher with AJ.
