I'm okay with this. I'll miss watching him in CF, and it's hard to get excited about seeing Clete Boyer out there every day, but Hicks needs a little confidence booster. I hope that Arcia fixed whatever his problem was and hits more like he was at Rochester. I called for the Diamond demotion in his thread earlier today and hope that he can regain his 2012 form down in AAA. It's likely to be Albers replacing him in the rotation...I'm excited to see how he gets guys out with that 85 MPH heater!

Best pitch in baseball is still a perfectly placed fastball. As long as Albers keeps his control he'll be fine! Greg Maddux (one of my fav pitchers of all time) made a Hall of Fame career out of locating the fastball. Lol Albers is Maddux. Yikes, I just made the two relative. Smh

Don't worry...Albers has got a thick skin and probably wasn't too offended by the comparison!
