Re: Around the NBA:2025-6
KAT is really being ripped in NY for his effort in the Knicks loss to the Kings last night. I’m not missing the stray voltage… Yeah, KAT has fallen off a bit this year....47% FG and 35% 3PT% is not very good by his standards. So he's playing worse AND still has all the same issues he had while in M...

Re: The top 6 in the West
We just got some additional breathing room from the 7th seed/play-in with Phoenix losing. We're now three games ahead of them. Greyson Allen took....gulp....20 three-pointers! OKC appears to have resumed their dominant ways after a mid-season swoon, kicking Houston's butt in Houston. The Rockets con...

Re: Trade season
You should add SloMo to the list…. ;) I believe that if we sign SloMo, it's purely for insurance and spot situations only. He's not going to suddenly vault into the main 8-man rotation like he was back in the '23-24 playoff run. Naz, Clark, and Bones would likely all play ahead of him and we'll see...

Re: Trade season
The one thing that worries me even though we are playing well right now is in the playoffs Donte numbers traditionally go down, Naz is traditionally a pretty big negative, mixed results from Rudy and Randle. Ant and Jaden traditionally level up in the playoffs. I would feel so much comfortable with...

Re: Bones is our new Naw
Actually, Bones is what we hoped Dilly would be… Yeah, that's pretty much it. But Bones was better than Dilly when he was Dilly's age. Bones played 19+ minutes per game his first two seasons when he was around Dilly’s age. Bones was a good scorer back then although his FG percentage wasn’t impressi...

Re: Are the Wolves an arrogant team?
I think in pro sports you have to have some arrogance in your personality matrix. If your arrogance is delusional then it becomes a problem. You start to get cognitive dissonance when you think you are better than you are and blame outwardly to refs or teammates and it causes friction. If your arro...

Re: Trade season
You know that Donte DiVincenzo is a pretty good glue guy…maybe just stop pining for a trade and realize the cake has baked. If we can get something for Dilly that helps then sure. If we need to include Lenny or TJ then I wish them well in a new place where they might get more time. Maybe we got ext...

Re: Bones is our new Naw
Yeah, really interesting. One of Finch's great strengths is integrating vet players, whatever place they may be in their career - young vets, overlooked vets, older vets, etc. - and over time maximizing their role on the team. As for guys drafted into his program.......not a good track record there ...

Re: Trade season
Everyone's favorite insider, Darren Doogie Wolfson, is saying keep and eye on Kyle Anderson on the buy out maket. I think in the idea of Utah keeping their pick, having a buyout for a guy like Kyle makes sense. He probably makes too much to be traded unless Utah takes on a big salary. Sigh. Perhaps...
