Here is a roster for the cuts and whatever moves to make the final roster.
Eagles traded for Minshew and cut Nick Mullens. Mullens might be a product of Kyle Shanahan but he has legit experience and Browning has looked pretty bad in preseason. Also Browning has no guaranteed money.
Edit: Sounds like Mullens was pretty bad in preseason also.
