Adam Walker
Just a really good prospect in a really good farm system... No biggie.
Seriously, though, this 21 year old has mashed A pitching all season long and hasn't gotten enough hype for it. Walker's an OF (RF) that looks the part in every way. Drafted him in the 3rd round of the 2012 draft. I'm really excited about him.

Look at his numbers. I've read some reports about him that are really positive as well. Keep crushing, Adam! Lol

Isn't 21 a little old for A ball? Hopefully he comes up quickly

Maybe about a year old. It's a mute point if he flies through AA though.

Re: Adam Walker
He's got something like 7hr and 16 rbi in his last 10 games. We just have so many OF prospects...maybe a good trade chip if he continues to do well?
Hicks and Buxton are sure things it appears. Arcia looked good too at times, but maybe he'll have some good competition in a couple years with Walker for that 3rd spot.
By the way, does anyone remember Denard Span and Ben Revere? I don't.

Re: Adam Walker
Either Arcia or Walker could become the DH down the line with the other in OF. Hicks & Buxton will provide some of the best outfield defense there is in baseball. I also wouldn't be surprised if Sano has to move to LF in the future. At least Sano has a cannon and good athleticism. I'm still optimistic that Sano can hack at 3B, though. Fingers crossed. Lot of rambling in this last paragraph.
You can never have enough good prospects and I'm glad we're stockpiled at OF. It's one of the easiest positions to build up talent. I think eventually we'll trade a Keplar and some others for middle infield, but we'll get to that down the road.
Another thing to touch up on, Rosario's still learning at 2B, but some have said they don't think he'll make the transition as an MLB 2B. He's a natural OF.
So many high end options for the Twins. At least three of them will work out in our favor.

How do you figure Hicks is a sure thing?

Also. Span is a pretty good outfielder on a huge bargain of a contract. Revere sucks though, good riddance

Not saying he's a sure thing but great defense and cannon has led the leauge most of the year in outfield assist. 8 homers is a plus probably ends up around 15. One thing that's probably held him back is he's had to lose all confidence. Two he reminds me so much of hunter when he first came up he just didnt have a grasp of the strike zone.

Hicks will be fine. I like that they are leaving him up here to learn.

I guess what I meant by Hicks being a sure thing was that even if he plays poorly, it will still be pretty good. You cant count on him for 10-15 hr and great defense. I'm sure he'll keep improving at least a little bit. Span was a solid player, but no power and no arm. Very easy to replace him.
