Nets trade Crowder to Bucks for five second rounders. Maybe next year, we trade KAT to Nets for Mikal Bridges, two firsts and a boatload of seconds.

This popped into my mind when I heard about the Durant deal. Bridges and/or Cam Johnson and picks for Towns could be where this heads.

KAT is a four 1st-round player. He's a perennial all-star and still in the middle of his prime years. You don't sell KAT for Bridges, two firsts and a bunch of 2nds. Second round picks are the currency for players like DLO, Wiseman, etc. Unfortunately for the Wolves, 2nd-round picks are probably the main currency for Rudy Gobert right now.

In exchange for only two 2nd-round picks. Tells me the Wolves could have turned those three 2nd rounders into Bones if they wanted to. Obviously, TC doesn't like Bones that much.

Yes exactly Lip. I thought accumulating those 2nds in yesterdays trade was a precursor in acquiring Bones. Maybe the recent locker room issues scared TC off.

With KAT out and Gobert/SloMo a tossup each night, I'm not sure you can waive Nate.

I also think Cool is right -- why bring in unnecessary drama when professionalism is what we need around our young talent.
