Crazy Trade talk. I wonder if they move him. Though I would trade him for Love if the Cavs offered. Not sure how it would help the Cavs at all. I wouldn't want to give up any promising bigs back in return for Love to help them.
CJ McCollum Trade
Re: CJ McCollum Trade
Interesting in a hypothetical way. My guess is the Cavs could use sole shooting but if they traded Love wouldn't they be getting low on bigs? It sounds like they are going to use Love more closer to the paint which makes a lot more sense.
I don't see the Sixers looking to move Okafor and like one of the people said the Blazers are happy they picked CJ and He and Lilliard have something going on. I don't think he will be going anywhere anytime soon. What seems handy is either guy can play PG so even if you found the SG to play next to them defensively then you can have a nice rotation there with CJ killing teams playing the rest of the minutes at PG where he looks plenty capable.

Man these guys are delusional. First a CJ for Love deal and then a CJ for Okafor deal like he's an equal asset. You take Love or Okafor 10/10 because Love is better now and Okafor will be better shortly. Lillard/CJ is pretty much at it's peak right now in terms of quality of play and they're still 6 games under .500 in a so far weaker Western Conference. I'm amazed how quickly people forget how good Love was. CJ scores 20 a game and somehow he's just as valuable as someone who averaged 25/12 as a main option. Lillard/Love is a playoff team in the West if you put half-competent players around them. Okafor is also playing pretty well for a 20 year old. If he's putting up those defensive stats at 20 then watch out because he'll be an all-star in a year or 2.
